The first step is opening a line of communication. We want to understand precisely what your business goals and project objectives are. This all begins with a preliminary consultation which then proceeds to a formal proposal. A formal proposal will include the details of your project, specific terms & conditions as well as a clear payment schedule. Payment schedules are usually processed 1/3 increments. A 1/3 deposit before the project commences, 1/3 when the design has been finalized and moved into programming and 1/3 at project completion.
Once we’ve established your needs, our designers carefully begin crafting design concepts that embody your goals and ideas, all the while designing a visually stunning look and feel. Each concept is created from the ground up, we do not cut corners by utilizing pre-built templates. You will be provided with three unique concepts, one may by chosen and you have the opportunity to run through three revision rounds with that concept.
Construction is started after the next project payment has been received. Each of our websites is hand-coded to perfection and integrated into our platform. Dummy text and images will be placed where needed and you will be provided with the preliminary proof for approval. Once approved, you will be provided access to the administrative panel to add your text, photo and other content at your leisure.

Launch! After you have tweaked your content to perfection, we will do one of two things…Disable the password protection if we worked directly on your new domain
or move your completed website from our testing server to your live domain. As we make your website live for the world to see, we will also do one last check over everything and submit your website sitemap to the three top search engines (Google, Bing, Ask). The project balance will be invoiced on the 1st of the month following project completion.
